The 在进行职前培训的健康 program at Xavier prepares students for acceptance into medical, 牙科, veterinary or other graduate health professions programs. Students are advised to declare a major that they perform well in but that also prepares them for their respective choice of graduate school program. Xavier provides the solid support 而且 personal attention students need, from academic advising 而且 peer mentoring to MCAT preparation.
For 2019, a record 92 percent of Xavier graduates who applied to medical school were accepted.

早期接受
The 早期接受 Program is designed to facilitate the admission of Xavier students into Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). 这意味着作为一名本科生, you can be enrolled simultaneously at both Xavier 而且 LECOM. 每学年, up to five students will be accepted from high school into the Early 入学 Program by LECOM 而且 泽维尔大学.

As director of 专业前健康咨询, Kara Rettig-Pfingstag dedicates her days to helping an estimated 400 students each year follow their dreams into different health fields. Her dedication has proven especially helpful for students entering the medical field. 就在去年, 92 percent of Xavier students who applied to both traditional allopathic 而且 osteopathic medical school were accepted—the highest rate of acceptance for Xavier students in recent years 而且 far better than the national average of 40 to 45 percent.
